1. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SEMINAR FEE?
The fee for this seminar includes all seminar materials, refreshment breaks and lunches. The fee is subject to, but does not include applicable taxes. Although we reserve the right to change the seminar fees without notice, every attempt will be made to honour the fees posted on this website for the dates indicated.

2. WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
A) Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express)
Registering online with a credit card is by far the quickest and easiest way to ensure your place in the program of your choice. Go to our secure online registration form, fill in all of the necessary information, click Submit, and you're done. You will receive a return page in your browser, and an automatic email to the address supplied confirming that your submission has been received.
B) Cheque (company or personal)
Payment by cheque requires a Purchase Order number and an authorizing manager's name. If these are available at the time of registration, you have only a tentative registration, and you will be contacted by a registration assistant to confirm your place in the program of your choice.

3. IS THERE A REDUCTION IF WE ENROLL MORE THAN ONE PERSON?
If registering for Public Seminars or Conferences, you will receive a reduction of $150 each off the regular tuition fee when two or more registrations for the same course are received at the same time. We regret that we are unable to give the multiple registration discount when registrations are received non-concurrently.

4. WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
The seminar fee is due and payable at the time you register. An invoice will be issued and emailed to you within 2-3 days of receipt of your registration. Payment must be received two weeks prior to the commencement of the seminar, or your spot cannot be guaranteed. You may reserve a spot without identifying an applicant as long as a contact name is provided.

5. IS THERE STILL SPACE IN THE SEMINAR I WANT TO ATTEND?
Seminar attendance is limited, however, if there is space available, it is possible to register for a seminar at any time up to the day before the commencement date. If in doubt please call or email to confirm space availability.

6. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Registrants who provide notice of cancellation at least two (2) weeks in advance of the seminar start date for Public Seminars and Conferences and three (3) weeks in advance of the start date for Professional Courses and Senior Management Courses will receive a full refund. Please see the application form for details on the Executive Program cancellation policy.
Late cancellations of Public Seminars and Conferences will be subject to an administration fee of $500. Late cancellations of Professional Courses and Senior Management Courses will be subject to an administration fee of $600 - $1000 (please refer to the program brochure for specific details). Non-attendance will incur full seminar tuition cost. If you are unable to attend the program, your organization may name a replacement participant. You may transfer to another seminar date for the same course, or another seminar of equal cost, if you are unable to attend your originally scheduled date, and provide written notice at least two weeks in advance of the seminar start date. Transfer requests less than two weeks in advance of the seminar start date will incur a $100 late transfer fee. Only one transfer to an alternate session will be permitted without penalty. Each subsequent transfer request has a $200 administration fee for Public Seminars and Conferences and $300 for Professional Courses and Senior Management Courses.
In addition, Residential Program participants transferring/cancelling their reservations at the ELC hotel less than three (3) weeks from the start of their program will incur a $1000 fee.
SEEC's liability is limited to reimbursement of paid tuition fees. Fees, dates and speakers are subject to change.

7. WHEN AND WHERE ARE THE SEMINARS HELD?
Seminars run from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm on the days indicated. Exceptions to these times are noted. Please see Facilities for the campus addresses, maps, parking and contact information for Toronto programs.

9. ONCE REGISTERED, CAN I TRANSFER FROM ONE DATE TO ANOTHER?
One transfer only will be permitted, subject to availability, without penalty on individual courses, provided written notice is received at least two weeks in advance of the seminar start date. First transfer requests received less than two weeks in advance of the seminar start date will incur a $100 late transfer fee. Each subsequent transfer (subject to space availability) is subject to a $200 administration fee per course transfer for Public Seminars and Conferences and $300 for Professional Courses and Senior Management Courses.
