Colin Pearson

Colin Pearson is a guest instructor with a focus towards organizational development for the Schulich School of Business, York University.  Participants often praise his down-to-earth presentation style which has ultimately allowed him to work successfully with both teams and individuals at the varying levels of organization.  Over the course of his career, Colin has had the opportunity to provide support to consultants, trainers, and also instructors situated across the nation to ensure the effectiveness of their work maintains a higher standard than before.  

Colin Pearson is also a Senior Consultant at Human Synergistics Canada and since 1999 has specialized in training for organizational development, employee development, 360º-feedback and teambuilding.
