Dr. Rick Nason has an extensive background in treasury and capital markets. His experience includes: designing, structuring and marketing equity derivatives and exotics at Citigroup to institutional and high net worth investors, creating and heading the credit derivatives business for Bank of Montreal, head of training for the Global Markets Group at Bank of America, as well as Faculty Head for Corporate Finance and Capital Markets at Bank of Montreal’s Institute for Learning.
An engaging speaker he has spoken at numerous practitioner conferences including: several Chartered Financial Analyst Societies, PRMIA, Treasury Management Association of Canada, Association of Financial Professionals and many others. He is also sought out by the media for analysis as well as workshops on investment and capital market related issues.

Beppino Pasquali teaches finance concepts and practices for the Schulich School of Business, York University. With considerable knowledge from 16 years of industry experience in accounting and taxation for small to medium sized companies, Beppino brings real-world scenarios and cases that are intellectually easier to grasp and digest which in turn leads to a more thorough learning process. Participants are often introduced to complex cases throughout the duration of the program which are in turn explained through step by step interpretation and analysis.

Douglas Cumming
Douglas Cumming, B.Com. (Hons.) (McGill), M.A. (Queen’s), J.D. (University of Toronto Faculty of Law), Ph.D. (Toronto), CFA, is an Associate Professor of Finance and Entrepreneurship and the Ontario Research Chair at the Schulich School of Business, York University. He has previously taught at the University Of Alberta School Of Business, the University Of New South Wales School Of Banking and Finance, and the Lally School of Management and Technology at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
His research is primarily focused on law and finance, hedge funds, venture capital, private equity and IPOs, with a focus on public policy and international differences across Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific.
