Ric Williams

Ric Williams is President of Williams and Goffin Consulting Inc.  He has had extensive experience in the health care industry through work with a broad range of pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical device suppliers, medical laboratories and the Canadian Hospital Association Nursing Unit Administration.  Ric has designed, delivered and implemented service quality systems and education in a broad range of industries and government organizations on 5 continents.  The focus is on delivering results through customer service excellence.  Prior to the formation of Williams and Goffin in 1990, Ric was a partner and national practice leader in instructional systems at Thorne, Stevenson Kellogg, now part of KPMG.  Recently, Ric delivered a keynote address to the Canadian Association for Pharmacy Distribution Management annual conference.

Geoff Frodsham

Geoff Frodsham is Vice President, Supply Chain, Wal-Mart Canada. He has a strong track record in leading Supply Chain transformation initiatives, and large scale business process change. He has a reputation for being a strong team player with an inclusive and collaborative leadership style.  Prior to joining Wal-Mart Canada, he was Vice President, Supply Chain, The Home Depot Canada, a Senior Vice President in the Supply Chain Team at Loblaw Companies, and held positions at Canadian Tire Corporation in logistics, operations, information technology, and finance.

Diane Fitzgerald

Diane Fitzgerald’s area of expertise for the Schulich School of Business, York University involves Supply Chain & Logistics Management.  As an industry senior executive for over 20 years, Diane mixes a unique combination of industry validated experience as well as an academic understanding that participants of SEEC have all come to recognize, appreciate, and respect.  She has worked with major organizations like Nabisco, Unilever and Coca-Cola.

Mark Thomas

Mark Thomas is the Program Director for the Centre of Excellence for Supply Chain Management at the Schulich Executive Education Centre at York University, and is a regular instructor on Designing and Operating World Class Distribution and Change Management.  A highly motivated individual, Mark Thomas has a long track record of fulfilling and exceeding client expectations.  This attitude and mentality has enabled Mark to hold senior executive positions for a variety of organizations.  His familiarity and passion for supply chain is bolstered by his ability lead effectively through strategic identification skills that have led to successful solutions that meet business objectives.
