Irrespective of the level of the intervention, the key to designing and delivering a Custom Program at SEEC lies in our consultative seven (7) step process

- Establish an advisory Council/steering committee to determine direction and scope of the intervention
- Obtain a deeper understanding of your organization's drivers, strategy and challenges.
- Interview internal and external stakeholders to expand on the results of the needs analysis
- Select assessment tools to assess growth-edges; practical cases and articles relevant to the learning
- Create in-class exercises, Action Learning Projects and/or "challenges."
- Develop customized blended learning solutions
- Collect detailed feedback to indentify learning shifts and best mode of continuous follow-up
