David Barrows

David Barrows as a Director of Sector Development for the Government has found immense success in his career that has driven him for more than the past 20 years.  David Barrows as an instructor for the Schulich School of Business, York University, has taken this same drive and passion and focused his concentration, main objectives into delivering high-quality courses revolving around topics such as public administration, education and training, business-government relations, and economic analysis.  Participants have always found it refreshing to have the chance to engage David during one of his classes held at SEEC.
