Come join instructor Amanda Shuchat on Aug. 17, 2017 from 7:30-10:30am, for a complimentary breakfast session about her new program on public relations. This course will teach marketing professionals how to effectively integrate “the new PR” into their marketing strategies by defining and providing a how-to on and getting the public to naturally and authentically talk about a specific product or service.
Amanda Shuchat was named in Canada’s Top 30 under 30 in 2014. In less than two years, she was named managing director of The Colony Project, a one-year-old PR agency launched by Vision7 International, a group of companies that counts Cossette and Citizen Relations among its empire.
Prior to that, Amanda held the title of vice-president at Citizen Relations where she worked for more than five years growing marquee clients including Loblaws, Hyundai, Bayer and Molson, some of which followed her over to Colony. Amanda kicked off her career promoting consumer brands before changing her focus to technology and then running her own business in the US.
