Jane-Michèle Clark, founder and CEO of The Q Group, is the author of the soon-to-be-published Point of DistinctionTM, a qualitative research expert, and a professor in the MBA program at the Schulich School of Business at York University. She is also a 10-time nominee for Canadian Woman Entrepreneur of the Year. The Q Group, which has been in business for more than 25 years, helps clients develop effective business strategies, as well as customer-retention and integrated -marketing programs for B2B and B2C companies in multiple sectors, including alternate fuels, airlines, automotive, education, financial services, hospitality, office products, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications and more.
In addition to her extensive corporate strategy worked, Jane-Michèle has been teaching in the MBA program at the Schulich School of Business on a part-time basis for the past 19 years and has been nominated multiple times for the Schulich Teaching Excellence Award.
