Jim Handyside is an expert in healthcare safety and quality improvement. For more than twenty years he has helped people in healthcare make improvements through the application of human factors science and
the development of process, systems and creative thinking. He works directly with front line clinical teams and as faculty for learning institutes such as University of Toronto’s Centre for Patient Safety and MHSc Health
Administration Program.
