Kathy Jourdain teaches in the Masters Certificate in Project Management for the Schulich School of Business, York University.  Her professional, approachable style has made her a powerful business coach with an impressive track record for helping individuals achieve higher levels of personal and professional performance than ever thought possible.

Over her 20-year career she has developed expertise in interpersonal and team communications which she applies to helping executive and management teams work through conflict to reach high performance levels.
 
Kathy is certified in Strategic Planning and Strategic Change Management through the International Centre for Strategic Management headquartered in San Diego, CA. She facilitates strategic planning and change management with an emphasis on implementation.
