Mr. Jull focuses in the area of risk management strategies to promote regulatory and corporate compliance. Mr. Jull defends regulatory and criminal charges in fields ranging from the environment to competition law, as well as prosecuting on behalf of Conservation Authorities. Mr. Jull litigates civil disputes which have a regulatory component. As part of risk management, Mr. Jull provides advice to organizations with respect to a due diligence matrix for compliance. Mr. Jull is also a member of the Baker & McKenzie North American Investigations and Business Crimes Steering Committee.
