Course evaluation forms go online

Participants in Schulich ExecEd programs have always been effusive with their comments on paper program evaluation forms, handed out after each session to elicit from them how they enjoyed their program. The evaluations and detailed commentary help Schulich ExecEd to ensure programs are meeting expectations and exceeding them.

Starting last month, Schulich ExecEd began implementing online questionnaires to let participants answer online to cut down on printing. It’s a small step, but an important one for one of the leading sustainable university campuses in the country.

The information on the forms is tabulated to produce summaries that program directors and coordinators can review for important feedback on what’s working, what’s not, and how to make sure programs are providing the executive education experience people want. Each instructor is evaluated for their knowledge of the industry and program content, and their presentation skills. Everything is rated, from the subject of the program, right down to the quality of the food served from the kitchen at the Schulich School of Business Executive Dining Room.
