SEEC’s program for innovators: ‘This course really opened up my mind’

Posted on

Developing your capability to successfully identify opportunities and lead projects requires more than just skill, it demands the ability to innovate.

From strategic planning to the development of new products and operational improvements, today’s leaders must learn to identify and seize untapped business opportunities, create competitive advantage through innovation strategy, and apply design and systems thinking for an integrated approach to delivering growth.

SEEC’s recently completed five-day Certificate in Strategic Leadership and Innovation program and earned solid reviews from participants for taking the mystery out of what it means to innovate (and what it doesn’t) and showing them how to manage disruption using design thinking to foster and accelerate innovation; and lead successful innovation projects. The program helps participants gain insight on how culture impacts leadership success and how to influence stakeholders to gain momentum.

Here is a sample of participant comments from the most recent program in May:

“This course really opened up my mind. It stimulated my thinking—caused me to think differently as a leader,” said one participant. “All the content was fantastic. The speakers were relevant and energetic and so knowledgeable about their discipline. Wish this course was longer!”

“Great energy by the facilitators and a ton of tools and frameworks were delivered that were 100% applicable.”

“Loved the interaction, activities, guest speakers and facilitators. Great session and great relevant content.”
