Treasury Board Secretariat takes a LEAP forward in leadership with Schulich ExecEd

The Schulich ExecEd (Schulich ExecEd) congratulated graduates of the Leadership Enrichment and Advancement Program (LEAP) at a ceremony held in October.

Schulich ExecEd partnered for a second year with the Treasury Board Secretariat on the LEAP 3.0 program, which develops the leadership skills and management expertise for directors in the Ontario Public Service.

The six-month learning journey included nine classroom sessions held in Schulich ExecEd’s downtown campus, the Nadal Management Centre, on a number of key topics critical to the success of the Secretariat now and in the future. All content was customized for this group of participants and facilitated by Schulich ExecEd’s expert faculty.

LEAP 3.0 participants did an excellent job on their Action Learning Projects and presented their recommendations to their senior management team. The projects enabled participants to apply the classroom learning to their work and deliver ROI to the organization.  Alan Middleton, Schulich ExecEd’s executive director, congratulated participants on successfully completing the rigorous LEAP 3.0 program.
