Rekha Karambayya

Professor Rekha Karambayya is an Associate Professor who specializes in Organizational Behaviour and Industrial Relations for the Schulich School of Business.  She strived for excellence throughout a solid academic career and obtained her Ph.D from the Department of Organizational Behavior at the J.L. Kellog Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, located in Evanston, Illinois.
