Rhona is an award winning part-time faculty member of York University’s Schulich School of Business, Program Director for SEEC’s Professional Certificate in Business Administration, and founding partner of SIGMA Strategic Solutions Inc. where she works with organizations to align people, performance and strategic purpose. Her areas of expertise include: managing strategic change; innovation and critical thinking; strategic agility; strategic planning and facilitation; organizational design and interpersonal effectiveness. Rhona has worked with clients in for-profit, not-for-profit sectors as well as the voluntary sector.
