Francis is a governor of the board of the Ontario Tech University. He is a strong strategic leader with more than 16 years’ experience in change management in healthcare leadership environment, organizational culture implementation strategy, project management, program development, and management and health-care administration systems. He is certified ProSci change enablement practitioner, coach and facilitator, who specializes in organizational development and systems integration strategies, strategic planning, business processes development, leadership coaching and relationship/partnership development. He has master’s degrees in organizational management and healthcare systems management from Dallas Baptist University, as well as a BSc in management information systems and he is a Certified Court Appointed Mediator.
