Making Great Strategy: How to Solve Complex Problems as a Strategist

Posted on

Facilitator Wissam AlHussaini talks about his session for Building Back Better: A Leadership Bootcamp for a Sustainable Recovery, a five-session series to prepare leaders to lead their enterprise post-pandemic.

Scheduled for Day 2, this two-hour session will be about planning your recovery strategy using a framework of key points to help you make sense of the challenges around you and understand your personal strategic orientation.

Planning starts by finding the starting point and identifying opportunities opening up in the post-Covid economy. To help you make sense of it all, the AlHussaini will share some practical tools that will help you answer these questions.

Before you can create a strategy for success, you need to understand your strategic context, where the economy is going and what forces are at play in the recovery that promises to be anything but business as usual.

This session will also reveal the three key pillars of a winning strategy.

In this video, AlHussaini talks about the importance of strategic planning in solving complex problems such as those leaders are facing today.
