Our learning model offers a choice on what, when, where and how people learn. It supports different styles of learning, remote learning needs, mobile learning, group work, applied learning and self-paced. Our flexible learning model offers choice on what, when, where and how people learn. Selection of an appropriate mix of learning components is a function of the types of participants (e.g., senior executives vs. mid-level mangers); budget; scale; the environment of the organization; and the depth of learning desired. Behavioural Analysis

We design and develop learning programs based on behaviours organizations want to enhance or transform. Our clients partner with us when they want to see real change. Our analysis is a critical step in the design process. All programming, short or long, begins with identifying behaviours our clients want to work on. This ensures relevancy and efficacy. Make it Human First

Whether online or in person, our programs are designed with the learner in mind. These people-centric designs optimize the learning experience. They make the learning genuine, brief, considerate, supportive and social. In times such as this, when going virtual becomes more prevalent, we ensure that the warmth of a smile and the bellow of laughter are not lost. As we prepare learners for the new future, we continue to add layers of humanity to our programming. Learn more…[/col][/row]

Social Learning

Offerings for organizations use a social learning approach. Our learning approaches are centred on dialogue between instructors and participants and among participants. It is not a one-way transfer of knowledge from instructor to participant. Rather it is a collaborative dialogue among a group of people and an instructor. Elements in this social approach are highly experiential. This includes role-playing, simulations and other ways to practice for actual work settings. Learn more…[/col]

Tool-Based

The tool-based model focuses on a supported application of new concepts in the workplace through the use of ‘tools’. The tools serve two purposes: 1) diagnosis of some aspect of the work environment and 2) prescription of some appropriate responsive action. The diagnosis identifies gaps between the current situation and some desired state. The prescription and action process is aimed at closing the gap. Tools-Based training is often combined with curriculum training. Learn more…[/col][/row]

Business Challenge

We design and develop leadership programs based on an ‘action learning’ format. Action learning blurs the distinction between work and education. Our Business Challenge approach differs from typical action learning in two ways: 1. Participants receive relevant education and coaching along the way to their solution. 2. They receive organizing frameworks and processes just in time to apply them to their task. Learn more…[/col]
