  • Take the Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) assessment to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, your interactions with others, and how you can apply these learnings to your leadership style.

  • Break down the results of your Myers Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI) assessment and discover how others perceive you. Develop effective strategies to improve your performance and enhance others’ perceptions of your leadership style.

  • Confidently mitigate obstacles and threats at your organization. Properly assess and leverage strengths and opportunities in your workplace. Create work environments that empower more women to take on leadership positions.

  • Learn from the stories of women leaders and the strategies they used to achieve success in the public and private sectors. Find the best ways to approach and engage with sponsors to elevate your career.
