    Module 4: The Financial Management Process

    This session is designed to strengthen your grasp of the key financial planning and reporting processes. Learn to maintain financial responsibility for the profitability and cost control of the business unit(s) you manage.


    Module 5: Performance Management – Staff and Self-Management Techniques

    In the final module, you’ll review performance management, which includes effective team building, communication techniques and leading groups within an organization.

  • Module 1: Effective Leadership Strategies in Operations
